I experienced Hanukah for the first time at my friend Jamie's house. I'm so impressed by how those kids know all that Hebrew. When I was in the fifth grade, I could say all the prayers associated with Catholic services... but not in Latin, for crying out loud. Then I got to spend the night with the kids. We watched the live action Peter Pan movie.




As we've struggled to erect a 12'x20' structure in the back yard which will eventually become my new studio, I've started to feel very friendly towards Home Depot's employee roster. I'm there no less than once every other day and some times two or three times in a day. This guy was super helpful, we bought a air-powered nail gun from him. It is scary! But. We need it.

I went to the doctor today. Do you know how long ago I made the appointment? Two months. That was the soonest I could get in. Awesome. The doctor was super nice. His verdict is, my hand might still be broken. It still gets all swollen and that is laaaaame.

At the doctor's, there was a completely crazy guy who was yelling and being generally upset. There is a soft spot in my heart for crazy people who are wandering the earth, contributing nothing to society, because I fully expect to be such a person some day. I might be one already.

Dude, I'm so tired and sore today I'm going to go lay down now and possibly go to sleep (at the tender hour of 7:06). I want a massage.

oh man, light photos are so fun. i take endless light photos when i'm in the car, or hanging around fairy lights.

can i ask a noob photography question? what settings do you use for taking photos that have like two of you in the same photo? i hope you understand what i'm saying D:

Wait- are you talking about the two-headed people photos? If so, the answer is any of the following:

1. Long exposures.
2. Double exposures.
3. Photoshop.

yeah that's what i'm talking about! i've tried long exposures but they turn out ghostly instead of really clear. i've never tried photoshop yet, but i think that's the trick XD yay thanks!

Wow ok u made me read up on em! They're a scaly form of anteater though only by convergent evolution. They are the only mammals to have scales - they're made of keratin! Some species live in trees, others burrow underground. They can roll up like armadillos! Hence the name in another language -- all so sez w'pedia
