Weirdly meths not taken London by storm... at least not how the 'experts' predicted! We're probably all too wired to begin with.
It seems to work by regions. There's a little area of Tottenham court road filled with lolloping heroin junkies. Brixton's got the crack heads and EVERY single pub in London seems to be filled with suits doing coke.
