yep...then (if you're like me) you start getting serious anxiety everytime you get them in the mail so you keep setting them aside with the intention of contacting them...but all of a sudden it's six months later and you get a notice from your credit card they're lowering your limit by $300, etc etc... I think the suckiest part is that if I would have fronted cobra, the government would have paid it for me. But since I couldn't afford it, i'm screwed and stuck with a bad credit rating. Not to mention the shit i've had to go through with the "disease" and all that. Win on top of win, go me.
Just call them, i'm sure they'll work out a payment plan. They usually do! Also i've got a few calls for state assistance but...never called them back either. There are a bunch of ways to just pay it off so it doesn't get stuck to your credit rating.
