I live in a flat in one of a group of terraced houses that surround a little park. A couple of years ago some builders turned up and started digging up a section of the park right outside my house. They were there for a couple of weeks and erected this mysterious big blue metal box with 'Afro' written on it. It disappeared after a couple of days.
